M.I. Lumsden currently lives and works in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. With a degree in Environmental Science, a career in Aviation Weather, and a passion for storytelling through art, she mixes these “preoccupations” into haunting scenes of silent, visual contempation.

Her studio practice ranges widely in both media and genre. She enjoys the process of discovery and freedom that that artwork invites.
